Introduction
On a building site, the various interlocutors are confronted with the traditional stakes of information management: collect, format, exchange, validate, share, trace and backup information.
Internet eases the search for information and improves management, storage and accessibility. A Website can become a reference index of knowledge job.
The Gebado product meets the specific needs for the various actors while taking into account tools and methods already validated for document management.
Simple and effective, Gebado is easy to master in spite of its functional richness. Only the useful functions are available for the user, according to his profile.
Concepts
Two modules
Electronic document management allows the dematerialization of paper documents - to create, store, find and control the workflow of the document. Reserves management formalizes the work follow-up in order to ensure and validate the quality of realization.
Users management
Users are centralised on a single directory for all the building sites. A user can only access to the building sites where it is associated.
Safety and confidentiality
The technical infrastructure guarantees a complete separation of data and information between the various buildings sites created on the system. This organization ensures the total data confidentiality between the different building sites.
Ergonomics
The ergonomic of Gebado is based on the Web standards. Each element is thought and tested in order to provide the best user interface with the most recent and reliable technologies
Document management
Data and metadata
Each authenticated user can create (upload) documents on Gebado. All file formats are handled. A document can be private (i.e. restricted to a limited number of users) or public (accessible to all the the building site members)
Workflows
The documents go through a publication and validation cycle. Sites participants can give their opinion and comments on the document. The owner can thus quickly and easily integrate these remarks in order to publish a new version of the document. The history of a document is always available.
E-mail notifications
Users are immediately notified by e-mail of new documents regarding them. With a single click, they can access to the related document.
Document versionning
Each published version of the document is archived. Gebado keeps track of who and when the document has been modified. Upon the building site completion, each user receives an archive of the documents they were entitled to, including all the different versions.
Non conformities management
Two modes of management
Either two or three levels of validation are available in this module.
A single management mode by company
Permissions and rights are managed at the company level. Each user is associated to a company. The members of the same company can carry out actions on the non conformities attached to the latter.
Non conformities
A user can create, raise, refuse or validate non conformities. When a non conformity is created, Gebado fills in automatically several field ensuring flexibility, speed and integrity of the system
Visibility, speed and flexibility
A user friendly interface proposes, to all the registered users, a perfect visibility of the state of the non conformities on a building site. The saving of time in the management of the non conformities is considerable.
Price
Terms of use
All Gebado services are offered at €15.00 per user per month for each construction project.
After registration on our platform, you can evaluate the working during 10 calendar days for a construction project.
This evaluation phase will be extended to a second participant (to test the electronic cooperation, for example).
In parallel, our team will contact you to follow the success of your appraisal.
